Garment Artistic Design Department: There are 24 teachers and several of them won prizes in the National Fashion Design Competition. And the national well-known oil painter is also in the department who had won the national highest Art Achievement Award— the 3rd Chinese Oil Painting Art Achievement. There are two professional programs in this department: garment design and garment design plus performance. The only garment design master degree program of Shandong province is in this department which had undertaken successfully the “2003 Qingdao International Fashion Forum”. This Department will bring its characteristic advantages into full play, attach importance to the connection & cooperation with every field in the society and will gain more achievements in respect of teaching, scientific research, teaching staff construction and etc. with the deepening of reformation of college and department.
