Textile Material & Product Design Department: founded in Sep. 2003 and now there are 16 full time teachers that gained good results in teaching and scientific research over the years and have special predominance in the teaching and scientific research of new material application, research & development of new products, weaving & garment and product dyeing & finishing, etc.. Under the common efforts of all the teachers, the department has had two provincial excellent courses, edited three state-level teaching materials during the 11th five-year-plan period and took on several provincial and municipal scientific research projects. The department will do better in teaching, scientific research and teaching staff construction.
